The 9×19mm Parabellum was designed by Georg Luger in 1902. Since then it's become one of the most widely used bullets, adopted by most American police forces.
The name Parabellum comes from the latin: Si vis pacem, para bellum ("If you seek peace, prepare for war")
The designer Jennifer Pettyjohn wasn't seeking peace or war when she created Bluegrass Brass' bullet jewelry. She just wanted a new accessory that felt true to her Kentucky roots, thus the 9mm earrings, necklace and ring were born.
The bullet points:
-all primers and powders are removed, so jewelry is safe to wear.
-high quality materials like .925 sterling silver and Swarovski crystals are used in jewelry.
-all pieces are handmade so can slightly differ.
-Pieces are rustic enough for everyday wear,
-but made of quality materials to go with more refined wear.
