New England Cranberry Chutney and Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Using New England Cranberry Chutney

Spread chutney on lightly toasted baguette pieces paired with a slather of goat cheese and a sprinkle of chives.

Serve on toasted baguette pieces that have been brushed with garlic oil or garlic butter, pair with a glass of your favorite wine!  This beautiful looking hors d’oeuvre is sure to please the eyes and taste-buds of your dinner guests!

Tasty Shrimp Cocktails

Using Tidewater Shrimp Sauce and Marinade made by Charleston Favorites

These are not your average shrimp cocktails!  The Tidewater Shrimp Sauce and Marinade adds a savory taste leaving you asking for more. 

Cook shrimp on the stove top until they are pink and opaque. 

Marinade in Tidewater Shrimp Sauce for 2 hours (overnight is best, however)

Serve in glasses or small cups (as pictured) with cocktail sauce and herb garnishes of your choice! These are such a tasty hit!  


Slatherin' Chicken with Asparagus and Rice Pilaf

Using Slatherin' Brand Slatherin' Sauce

Marinade Chicken Breasts with 1-16oz of Slatherin’ Sauce (overnight for the best flavor)

Fire up the grill and cook until lightly brown, add extra Slatherin’ Sauce for a boost of savory flavor

Pair with grilled asparagus sprinkled with lemon and rice pilaf

This is an easy entree to make and please your guests with its excellent flavor!

Dinner Cocktails
Classic Bloody Mary's

Using Willie Hog Dust Bloody Mary Mix

This mix made with pure tomato concentrate and a mix of delicious spices and flavors guarantees the best tasting cocktail before, during, or after dinner!

Makes 4 drinks

4 oz. vodka
 32 oz. Willie Hog Dust Bloody Mary Mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp. olive juice
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. hot sauce
Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. Old Bay, plus extra for the rim

 Combine all the ingredients—minus the vodka—in a pitcher. Taste and adjust seasoning to preference.

Run a lemon along the rims of each glass. Then dip each rim in a dish filled with Old Bay seasoning.

Fill glasses with ice, pour 2 oz of vodka in each, and finish with the Bloody Mary mix. Garnish with lemon slice, olives and celery. Stir and enjoy a classic favorite!


Delicious American Crumbly Peach Cobbler

using Carolina Harvest Peach Cobbler Mix

Make sure everyone knows to save some room for dessert for a classic American peach cobbler that is to die for.  Made with our Carolina Harvest collection peach cobbler mix that will have you and your guests lined up to get a second helping.

Ingredients: 1 Package of Carolina Harvest Peach Cobbler Mix, ½ Cup of milk, 1 egg, 3 Tbs. melted butter, 1 Tbs. sugar

Before you start, preheat the oven @350°F for 15 minutes.  Oil spray the 8x8 pan.   Mix and blend ½ cup of milk, 1 egg, and the cobbler mix in the mixing bowl. Pour the peach filling into the 8x8 pan.  Spread the cobbler mixture over the peach filling. Add 3 Tbs.  melted butter and 1 Tbs. sugar on top of the peach filling. Place the 8x8 pan with the mixture in the oven for 25 minutes.  Take the 8x8 pan out of the oven and place the pan on a tabletop, let stand for 10 minutes to slightly cool. Serve the delicious peachiness, with an added scoop of vanilla ice cream for added deliciousness!
