The Oyster Bar in Columbia, South Carolina has earned a reputation for its fresh seafood and signature cocktail sauce. Mary Sparrow, also known as “Mother Shucker,” has been serving up oysters with a friendly Southern charm and sense of humor since 2001 when her son opened the Oyster Bar – Columbia.
Over the years, she perfected the sauce that was affectionately named after her – Mother Shucker’s Original Cocktail Sauce.
Made with all natural ingredients, Mother Shucker’s secret cocktail sauce is the perfect complement to oysters, shrimp, crab legs, scallops, crawfish, lobster (and even pork and chicken)!
