£5 Flat Rate UK Delivery?
Yep, we ship all mainland UK orders for just £5! (Some weight restrictions apply.)

Where is your fulfillment center?
All products are kept in inventory and dispatch from our UK-based fulfillment center. We have already imported all products so that we can deliver them to you next-day.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over £75 delivered to the UK only.

When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship any order that is placed by 2:00p GMT the same day. Orders placed after 2:00p GMT will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2:00p GMT on Friday will ship on Monday. If your order is placed on a holiday, it will ship the next business day.

Where do you ship?
--> If your country is not listed, don’t worry, we can probably still ship to you too. Just contact us and we’ll work out the details!

How will my order be shipped?
UK orders are usually shipped via APC or Royal Mail depending on size/weight. Orders outside the UK are shipped via UPS. Your exact shipping rate/method will be calculated at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order and then you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Can I request a product that is not currently available?
Absolutely, we'd love to hear from you! We have regular shipments from the US to the UK and can definitely include new products that you want. We ship in bulk to our UK fulfillment center, which is how we are able to offer such good prices as compared to shipping individual orders from the US.

What is your return policy?
We can accept returns on most items as long as they are unused and in new condition. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we can replace or refund. We cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened. Please contact us for more details or questions.
