Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident that you will be happy with your order and our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order, however there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item.

If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it, please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of despatch of your order.

We aim to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible and to process your refund or exchange quickly. We will attend to all return and exchange requests as soon as possible — typically within 24 hours during the work week.

Eligible Items

Returned items must be in new and unused condition, complete with packaging and all components. If your item has been used, we are unable to offer a full refund except in cases of defective items or items damaged in transit. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this. We may be able to issue a partial refund in some cases.

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on certain items such as food, perishable items, personalized products, or products made to order. If you have a question about the eligibility of a particular item, please contact us.

Exchange, Cash, or Credit

If you find that you ordered the wrong variant of an item, we will be glad to exchange it for the correct size, color, etc. Please note that additional payment may be due in cases where the replacement item costs more than the original item ordered.

We will process your refund using the same method of payment that you used to place your order. Payment will be made within seven days after received goods have been inspected and approved for refund.

You may also choose to request store credit instead of a cash refund.

Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the order price of the item. Returns due to our error will not be subject to this fee. Exchanges will not be subject to this fee.

Please note that we are not able to accept returns at our registered office address. Returns must be pre-approved and delivered to our fulfillment centre for processing.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Statutory Cooling Off Rights

You have the right to cancel your purchase contract and return the ordered goods for a full refund within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier physical takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clearly written statement sent to or telephoned to 44-1245-330301.

If you cancel an order, we will refund the price of the order including delivery. If you cancel only part of an order, we will refund only the price related to the returned items.

We may deduct from the refund amount any loss in value of the items as a result of unnecessary handling or damage caused by you.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned items or not later than 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the items.

After canceling and arranging the return with us, you shall send back the products back to our fulfillment centre per the return instructions that you will receive.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
